This book is silly! If you have an inventor or a child with a wild imagination, then this is the book for them. My oldest son loves it and often goes back to it. Getting on the bus was not a simple task, instead Rube grabbed the zip line which bumps over the chair, which in turn knocks over the grill and hits a ball which holds the door open for him. It’s hilarious, I promise your kids will love it!
ACTIVITY: If you are reading it with your second or third grader have them draw their own Rube Goldberg scenario.
